Poor

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The entire hotel was dirty. We watched long term residents allow their dogs to pee in the pool lobby area, and the whole building smelled of smoke and had a worn out and uncared-for feeling.

Disliked: Everyday I was having to get a new key because mine would deactivate. The bottom of the pool was covered in grime. Breakfast was scarce the second day there was no milk and you couldn’t find staff anywhere.
