Disliked: The website needs updated badly. They are renovating and they had no breakfast and no laundry. Room smelled of smoke and was never serviced our entire stay. The restroom by the work out room had one stall cover in feces on the toilet, wall and floor.

Liked: Very clean space and great staff! My 3 year old loved the pool.

Liked: When I booked and paid for my room in advance , I asked for a balcony room. We told when I got there I could not have a balcony room for 4 days. Even though I was told on the phone I could. The girls at the desk took forever to even come to desk to check me in. Then got an attitude cuz I asked about the balcony and told me it was their policy not to tent a balcony for 4 days. Never heard that before I was willing to pay for the balcony room. So then she told me I was gonna be a problem and refused me service. I have stayed at your hotel so many times. Never had a problem even staying close to the druggies that live there. I asked about breakfast and she said no they didn't have it anymore, which they used to have. Then she charged my card after she refused service and then refused to refund any of it.

Disliked: Our fridge didn't work in our room everything else was amazing

Disliked: They have made upgrades and it is alot better but the room could have been cleaner there was stuff underneath the TV not a big deal but still.
