Liked: I had no problem with room, or facility. You can see that they are working on property. The room was decent and clean.
Disliked: The young lady st desk should be more acquainted with the room numbers. She sent me to one end of the building and the room was totally opposite of the floor. I was walking with a handful of bags

It's okay.

Liked: The bed was very comfy! And the location is exceptional. I'm celiacs and there's plenty of options for eating right around the hotel.
Disliked: The staff is respectful, just not friendly. It's fine, not enough to avoid the place. Our room didn't have trash bags and the TV stations didn't match the guide in the room but those are minor issues. There was a surprise pet fee which I wasn't excited about but I get it.

Liked: The gentleman that checked me in greeted me with professional and welcoming manners. The check in was easy. The room was okay. Customer service will always be more focal point on reviews so that made the stay good.

Disliked: Sheets was stained. Bed was uncomfortable.
