I appreciated the early check in since we were coming from out of town and pretty tired.

Liked: As soon as you walked into the room you could smell it was clean. Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Small bathroom space.

Courteous staff; clean room; comfortable bed.

Disliked: Located in an industrial area.

We attended the George Strait concert at the Tacoma Dome and wanted to stay close by. Quality Inn in Fife was the perfect answer and was both reasonably priced and conveniently located. We planned to take a taxi to the concert, but with a very long wait we took our car, and all worked out well. The breakfast they supplied was very nice and had us on the road early the next day.

Liked: Great location; friendly staff; nice clean rooms with microwave and fridge.

Disliked: Room was dirty and people smoke inside the hotels the alarms don't work customer service is a joke wont recommend this place at all , whe had to cansell our stay we felt super unsafe lots of drug addicts and drug deals going on is Not worth the risk of getting shot or broken into . 0 stars showe didn't work told the manager never did anything about it

Needs upgraded and improvements.

Liked: I liked the location and the fact that there is front desk staff 24/7. I like that there was a security guard as well. The location wasn't bad.
Disliked: The floors in the room felt sticky with a gross film stuck to our feet. The mini fridge didn't work. The water pressure would stop flowing to just a trickle while in the shower. The bedspreads had stains, burn marks, holes and tears.
