Stressful and inconveniencing

Liked: I liked the jacuzzi tub. And it was quiet
Disliked: Staff was rude and refused to refund me after asking if id be staying an additional night. I paid then they said I couldn't but my payment was to be non refundable. They said I could stay more than 5even though the quality inn site says 7. All they has to doo was let the 3rd party booking company know that they couldn't let me stay so they would refund my stay. But they don't respond to mine or the third party sites emailed. Very unprofessional and inconveniencing. I should be compensated
