Quality Inn & Suites Fayetteville I-95

Everything looked old; somethings needed to be replaced; room smelled like smoke or some other smell even though I paid for non-smoking.

Liked: Close to Crown Coliseum.

Poor experience and disappointing.

Liked: Room was easily accessible and fairly clean. Not too much noise.
Disliked: Night staff at front desk was rude and ill equipped to do his job, denied that I made a reservation til he realized he didn’t know how to look it up properly in the system. He did not apologize. A staff member proactively knocked on my door at 11:04am (as I was leaving) to kick me out (absolutely absurd). The cleaning girl threw my pet carrier out of the room as I was packing my car to leave.

Exceptional

Liked: This hotel is a little hidden gem. It's a little dated, but I like that about it. The staff was very friendly, the pool was open and clean, they even have a Waffle machine with breakfast. The bed is amazing, it makes me not want to get up! The room has a coffee maker, a microwave, and a mini fridge, and the wifi works great. The room is also very spacious, and the AC works almost too well!
Disliked: I have zero complaints about this hotel

Disliked: The pool was down. Until next month but it was 90 degrees. The staff asked why I needed a late check out when I'm awake at 6 am yet I never left the room before 9am so how would he know what time I was awake kind of suspicious and scary. The tub had pubic hair left around it and the sink looks like the room hadn't been used yet not dusted either. The breakfast was stale and only some muffins and toast from the day before. I had to use cash for the deposit and never had to do that before the depot was always on my card.
