This place needs a good...

Liked: The Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Very dirty .The toilet wouldn’t flush ,water leaked all over the floor..We called the front desk . The manager came up ,told us it was condensation ,because of humidity. Then we had to start taking the lid off the toilet and self flushing.. There was blood on the wall next to the closet. Room 222 needed a good cleaning . The carpets.hangers & curtains were sticky from cigarette smoke. Gross.

Great value for the money....

Liked: Breakfast is great and the restaurant has excellent food as well. They have a limited amount of items to choose from but they do the ones that they have well.
Disliked: Property is a little bit dated but clean and comfortable.

Liked: Everything is convenient and well put together. The staff is amazing and always super helpful and super nice.

It was fine and about...

Liked: Amenities were fine, restaurant staff very friendly and efficient. Location was convenient. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was nice.
Disliked: Cleaning of the room was very uneven. For 2 days rubbish not collected at all and on one day only one bin was emptied. Sheets not changed during entire stay. I don't need them every day but once would have been nice over 6 days. We only got new towels once or twice again I don't need new ones every day but a bit more frequent would have been nice. Door lock needed maintenance, whether the catch would completely pull back upon insertion of card was a random event and normally took 3-4 attempts. Windowsill was quite dirty. The fan in the bathroom is very loud.

Liked: Property was in need of updating but staff and breakfast were exceptional.
Disliked: Needs some updating.

Definitely not worth the price,...

Liked: The location was a short drive to Edinboro and Erie.
Disliked: I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty upon arrival—stains on the carpet, dust on surfaces, and a musty smell throughout. Everything felt outdated, from the worn furniture to the old, gauges in the walls. A family we stayed with had a coffee cup covering up their fire alarm on the wall. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Outside of building a bit...

Liked: The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: I wish they offered a self-serve breakfast option instead of sending you to the attached restaurant. The waitress was very nice and the service was good, I just prefer a self-serve option.
