Quality Inn & Suites Fairgrounds

Overall we were satisfied with our stay. We were told at check out we would receive a receipt via email and have not.

Liked: The room was comfy.
Disliked: Chemical smell.

Good spot

Liked: Friendly and quiet atmosphere. Perfect spot for an overnight outing.Bedding and towels were clean and neatly folded.
Disliked: AC unit kept having power blips.Ahower light did not work.

Great staff, good location, should...

Liked: In a good location with a lot of walkable restaurants etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room itself was clean.
Disliked: The TV options would skip while watching which made for a subpar viewing experience. One half of the hotel is a rehabilitation center for people getting reintegrated back into the community after being in prison and that was not apparent throughout the booking process.

Disliked: The security door was not secure. tThere was an odor in the hall. The bathroom countertop was just above our knees. The shower water did not get hot and pressure was low. There was dampness in the room. Breakfast was minimal. Very old outdated

Liked: the location was excellent and the staff were very friendly, accommodating and above for their commitment to assistance.

Liked: There was no elevator and my daughter is disabled. Didn’t know this or I would of made arrangements
Disliked: Light flickering and timing off and loud noise in pipes. No bottle water to buy accessible.

Liked: It was close to highway, quick trip to the city. Was a good price for a quick stay. We didn't have breakfast.
Disliked: The shower could use some rubber adhesives on the bottom to prevent slips. Some minor touch-ups here and there would make it great! But overall, it was not bad for the price.

Exceptional, comfortable, and worth the...

Liked: I was skeptical at first just because of my past bad experiences with a few hotels I’ve stayed at recently and from the looks of the lobby seemed a little older but to my surprise this place exceeded my expectations by far!! It was clean, quiet, the bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in and pillows were amazing and I’m talking 4 star hotels that I’m comparing!!! You can’t beat the value either!! Very nice room. Pleasantly suprised!!! Will definitely stay again!!!

Liked: Booked a suite, arrived and was down graded to a small, out-dated room. We had no choice but to take it, as we were in town for an event, and other hotels in the area were booked solid. Dark, dreary; small fridge sat on the floor next to the bathroom; bathroom door would not shut completely- knob had been "chewed;" cleanliness was sketchy; skeevy atmosphere overall.
