Disappointing

Liked: Employees were amazing, there were two ladies that were very pleasant and helpful, especially the late night lady that was there at breakfast as well.
Disliked: Toilet was clogged right from the start. Ice bucket still had water from previous guest.

Liked: Location. Front desk was nice enough
Disliked: Maybe the manager. Hottub was broke. Not the cleanest place, tv didn't work, elevator was broke, manager came into room unannounced and with no reason before my checkout thinking we had checked out but we hadn't even returned the keys and it was 930am. Checkout was 11am. Terrible
