Very good

Liked: Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. We had connected rooms for us and the kids, which was great but the doors stuck horribly between them. It was quiet, and we enjoyed the breakfast.
Disliked: The shower heads need a serious upgrade.

Liked: Shuttle from airport at 3 am
Disliked: There was some confusion about the shuttle before we arrived in Edmonton. It was impossible yo talk to a real person.

Liked: Only people who work there.
Disliked: Awfully. Even paper (disposable)plats on the breakfast. Old stuff - bedsheets, carpet etc.. I have no clue why don't respect guest.

Liked: Convient location, good value for $
Disliked: Would have liked a laminated direction of where ice machine, restaurant., elevator, and breakfast location were in in room. The QR code only informed that these were available not location.
