Very poor

Liked: $75 charged without explanation. Also kept trying to cancel my reservation even though I put in booking and called about late arrival. Clearly just wanted to get double payed. (Busy weekend in the area)
Disliked: For a hotel this level, it was dirty.

Overall we received good accommdation...

Liked: Breakfast was good and location was satisfactory.
Disliked: The cable on the second night was going in and out, and we could hear the guest upstairs walking around and they were loud at times.
