I won?t be staying there...

Liked: it was close to the casino. the breakfast was good.
Disliked: there was a stain on the bed. there isn?t an elevator and my mother can?t walk up stairs. the beds were horribly.

Liked: The hotel is close to the hospital where I work.
Disliked: My room was given away to someone else. I was turned away at the counter and was forced to drive 35 miles on ice to Sherman. Then, my card was charged for a stay that was cancelled by the hotel, not me
