Superb

Great location, comfy bed, bad...

Liked: The beds were super comfy. The location was great. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: It seemed like everything was out of order. Ice machine. ATM. The breakfast you pick between 5 different options and it was cold. A buffet would have been much better especially if you aren’t a big eater in the morning. I would have liked to be able to pick what I wanted not been told to pick between 5 meals. Food was not worth the price of the stay.

Liked: This is a great hotel. It is within walking distance to downtown. There were numerous restaurants around us. We enjoyed the free breakfast which was fresh and delivered to our table with a smile each day. The staff was wonderful.

Kind staff, great location!

Liked: I loved the kindness of staff. I stayed overnight for a hospital treatment which would reduce my vision and make me unable to drive. They allowed me to check in very early, before my hospital visit, and put me into the room which had the most light - in this case the deluxe room. The location in the Charlottetown CBD is very convenient.
Disliked: The Quality Inn showed up in my Booking.com search as a hotel with a restaurant - but while I was there the restaurant closed after lunch. I thought this should have been flagged on their website. I particularly needed an in-house restaurant because of my reduced vision.
