We attended a venue at the Meyer Theatre and wanted to stay "close". This hotel was perfect! We did a little walking but it was a dry, beautiful summer night. Parking for the theatre can be closer, but we enjoyed the walk! Also, the Fox Harbor Pub was recomended by the desk clerk, and it was awesome.

Liked: The cleanliness was so appreciated. The staff was very helpful with everything! The morning breakfast was fantastic and Joanne (staff) was amazing! Her courteous and pleasing personality was "a step above"! She helped the families with children, interacted so well with everyone else, and kept the supplies from running low. She was a very special lady.
Disliked: I guess, if I had to say "something", it would be that the Hotel needs updating, and the rooms remodeled with paint and color.

Liked: Breakfast was good, pool area is really nice. They even had a game room. Room was clean.
Disliked: Extremely rude staff. Asked a simple question and the woman at the desk rolled her eyes and scoffed at me. Same woman even berated a homeless person in front of people in the lobby the next morning. It felt like they were watching us to see if we do anything wrong. Really weird.

Liked: I liked the room and breakfast was good. Customer service was good.
Disliked: I wasn't told that the deposit would take a week to get back. never had that problem with any hotel before. On top of the issue of the kids yesterday. I will not be coming back or using any of these hotels again. I came to green bay for my dad's funeral..I was stressed out about money. So like other hotels I was thinking a day or two like normal I would get it back. your the only hotel I've had issues with getting back the deposit. I will be letting people know about this and the other issues I had.

Liked: The pool was great. The kids loved it
Disliked: Fire alarms went off at 12:30 am for probably a good half hour, no one knew what was going on. Everyone running around frantically. Fire department came. Gave the all clear. Apparently a new restaurant was put in the building and they set off the alarms, the manager did follow up with us the next day. Needless to say no one slept and my kids and husband and I were nervous the rest of the night. Terrible experience

Disliked: My heat didn’t work, I was outside for 3hr football game and was really looking forward to a heated room. However staff was so friendly helpful and polite that it made it worth the hassle.
