Great stay, great pool area,...

Liked: We had a king suite, king bed + sofa bed, the room was large, had a lovely view of the pool, had a pantry area with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Plenty of tables and cupboards. The pool area was great, pol is a great size and had a hot tub. Some areas of the hotel are a bit dated but all very clean. Location was good, close to the airport, close to shops & restaurants. Housekeeping staff were super helpful.
Disliked: A couple of small things - the tv could only be seen from the bed. In the king suites, with a living area, would be great if the tv could be seen from the couch. We gad to go and collect linens for the sofa bed. A bit more shaded areas around the pool would be great.

Liked: The best part was leaving this place.
Disliked: Unacceptable mold smell in the first room. Staff took 24 hours to offer a change, forcing me to choose between another night in that room or leaving the hotel. A promised discount for the inconvenience never materialized. The second room, while better, still wasn't clean – a basic expectation for the price. Breakfast offered no healthy options, only sugary items. Gym was closed. Deeply disappointing stay.
