Disliked: I was double charged!! And nobody from the Inn or from the Booking. com wants to refund me!!

The hotel was fine for...

Liked: Due to issues with flight delays, we were forced to stay overnight in Denver. We liked that the hotel was close to the airport, and we liked that they had a free airport shuttle, which was essential for us.
Disliked: The room was not exceptionally clean. The carpet had some stains. When the bathroom door was closed, the area behind the door was grimy and a couple of hairs were visible.
