disappointing.
Liked: Just ok. , Somewhat disappointing.
Disliked: TV did not work. Would not access channels. Tried all channels on remote. No phone in room to call desk. Called on cell and front desk did not answer. Wife went to desk and employee said no maintenance to help. Other people at desk with same problem. Holes in sheets. Lots of things in room dented , and worn. Hotel needs seriously updated. 4 out of 10.

Liked: The location and the size of the rooms.
Disliked: We couldn't get our tv to work either of the 2 nights that we were there. When I asked a housekeeper in the hallway for towels and washcloths one evening she was rather rude and acted as if she got angry that we asked for them. We didn't ask for our room to be cleaned just linens to shower.The toilet ran all night.Rooms are dated.

Overall stay was a disappointment.
Liked: First, the size of our room was very nice, especially for a two-night stay. We had plenty of space to spread out, which was a real plus. A particular highlight was having two sinks in the bathroom; this was incredibly convenient and pleasant for four people sharing the room. We also appreciated the nice options available for breakfast. Although we were a bit disappointed that we couldn't take the food back to our room, we understood the policy, as some guests can be quite messy.
Disliked: Our recent two-night stay at this property was unfortunately quite disappointing, especially given our primary reason for choosing it. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool, as my daughter was eager to go swimming. However, our excitement quickly turned to frustration.Upon entering the pool area the morning after our arrival, we found the water to be murky and visibly in need of chemical treatment, such as shock or chlorine. It clearly wasn't suitable for swimming, which was a major letdown for my daughter. Additionally, the hot tub, which my mom was looking forward to, was not working and the water temperature was merely lukewarm, like bathwater. This further compounded our disappointment regarding the aquatic facilities.Beyond the pool area, the hallways leading to our room (217) were consistently dark and lacked proper ventilation. This resulted in a strong, unpleasant combination of marijuana smoke and what smelled like burnt pizza lingering throughout our stay.Our final point of frustration was with housekeeping. All we needed were extra towels and a change of sheets. We called housekeeping directly with our request, but after waiting a significant amount of time with no delivery, I went to the front desk. The front desk attendant stated she would text housekeeping, but even after waiting another 5 to 6 hours, nothing had been done. I had to return to the front desk again to finally acquire the sheets myself.Overall, this was a very disappointing stay due to the unusable pool and hot tub, the unpleasant hallway conditions, and the significant issues with housekeeping responsiveness.
