Horrible

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The beds were hard as a rock. I paid for on a 3rd part app and still had to pay extra when I got there to check in. Housekeeping came in at 10am when check out wasn't till 11am. Walked right in on my kids no knock.

Liked: The staff was great, very friendly. Breakfast was really good.
Disliked: Pool was closed for half of our stay. The floors seemed warped or something.

Surprise! A chain hotel that's...

Liked: This Quality Inn was the cleanest and friendliest I've ever experienced from this chain -- and clearly the equal of modestly pricier hotels I've ever stayed in.
Disliked: No complaints!

Clean

Liked: Clean Pillows are comfortable. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed. Out of the way. Metal frame on bottom of frame if your feet hit it, it makes a huge noise.
