Overall I was pleased with this hotel. Manager very efficient and caring to assist with my needs to get groceries. He went above and beyond to help.

Liked: Very efficient check in. Manager went out of his way to help me get groceries near by. The room had a funny smell. Carpets definitely need replacing. Bed very comfortable. quiet room at night. Breakfast disappointing. They had coffee brewing all day which I liked.
Disliked: Poor quality carpets; curtain rods broken. Breakfast sub standard. I feel the damage deposit should be included in total fees upfront; not after you arrive and they automatically take it off your card.

Disliked: I sent in my complaint about the stay on Thursday July 10. It was so bad we checked out a day early but was not refunded our money. Pool was green and we booked specifically for a pool. The room was HOT upon arrival taking an entire 24 hours to cool down..Hotel smelled horrible, carpets were dirty, bathroom had mold, towels and washcloths had brown stains that looked like they had been used for toilet paper! Breakfast had stale cereal and warm milk, a few yogurts and a very dirty waffle maker. The breakfast was also a factor in our booking. The floors were coming up in the hallway. Not only did the hotel smell the staff was living in rooms and the smell of Marijuana was so strongit made me sick. I feel we deserve at least a partial refund and this hotel needs to be removed from your site. It is NOT what was advertised at all and frankly was disgusting.
