Liked: location to airport was great; room met all of our needs; we went to an outside vendor for breakfast. Overall, we had a relaxing experience at the hotel.
Disliked: External signs from the airport to the hotel could be improved. We drove in at night. The street signs weren't easy to read.

Never again.

Disliked: Gave us a key to an occupied room, then didn’t seem to care when we went back to the front desk. We actually walked into a room with someone lying on the bed watching tv.The toilet seat and bathroom floor was dirty and discussing. Had one of those creepy crawley bugs with 1000 legs on the wall which we had to kill.Were several exposed wires without plates covering them. The TV kept going offline with “no signal”

Superb

Liked: We love this place! They cater to travelers using nearby CVG airport. Their complimentary airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes starting at 5:00 AM. Our driver had a lovely conversation with another passenger about the universe, stars, planets, etc. These are good people. Our king room (316) was clean, huge, nicely updated & very comfortable. We missed their amazing breakfast this time due to our 5:30 AM departure. There's a gas station across the street where you can top off your rental car. There's a Holiday Inn right next door with a really nice Tavern that serves great food & drink.
Disliked: Getting up at 4:30 AM for our flight. Haha!
