Too many cons far outweigh...

Liked: Pool was ok, breakfast was good, location was ok, bathroom looked clean and good water pressure.
Disliked: Where to start….Staff was mostly nonexistent. Twice went to desk for help and couldn’t find anyone. Had to get a housekeeper to find someone to check us out. Bed was very uncomfortable. Floor was very dirty and looked like it hasn’t been swept in ages. No closet at all. Room telephone wasn’t even connected. Smoke alarm was disconnected and disabled. Coffee maker still had last guest’s coffee still in it. Also saw lots of roaches. We only stayed a couple of days just to visit the local water park which is great. If/when we visit it again, we definitely will not stay here.

Disliked: The air conditioner was old and really loud, so it kept us up.

Liked: Everything was great!!! Room was super clean, and just as pictured! Jacuzzi was awesome and clean!!! Staff were extremely nice and offered help in every and any way!!!

Liked: Did not eat there.
Disliked: There were bugs in the room; roaches, flies and spiders.Had difficulty getting the tv working. Manager didn’t know how to help.There was noise that went on until late in the early morning.

Great price and area, horrible...

Liked: The location was nice. Near a lot of things we needed. I did like the price and that we were able to bring our dog.
Disliked: The staff in the front office didn't understand a lot of English so it was hard to communicate. The cleaning people only came once the entire week we were there. I fell down their stairs the first night there and almost broke my ankle and they knew. I had to go by ambulance and then we had to ask for a downstairs room due to my injury due not being able to go upstairs. No elevator. They never asked for an incident report. Never asked how I was or how the fall happened. The room they switched us to did not have a nightstand. They eventually brought us one. No desk, no coffee maker. The first room we were in the TV didn't work and they told us there was nothing they could do. Said they had no other TV's to bring us. Later after we had to move rooms...less than 24 hours after, we see them taking a brand new TV to that room. Pool though filled was constantly closed. When we asked why it wasn't open they either couldn't understand us or acted like they didn't and we never got a reason. There were dead ants everywhere....tons by the front door. It was gross. There were dead cockroaches in the bathroom. I guess I should be grateful they were dead. The room definitely had not been cleaned in a while.

Had a great stay room...

Liked: It was close to everything. The room was VERY clean, the bed was great slept well. But the air conditioner, oh man it worked so well, we got an extra blanket out of the car and enjoyed sleeping in. That cold room!
Disliked: Only downside, the pool was closed but only because they were waiting on the inspector to come check it.
