Liked: The staff was considerate of my complaints and provided a solution.
Disliked: Overall comfort and cleanness was terrible. From the bathroom to the sleeping space and at like 3 in the morning a blaring noise was going off for 45 minutes, sounded like pipes in the walls. It also looked like someone had killed a bug with the pen and left it there.

Liked: The location was excellent, within walking distance of several restaurants. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The room was in serious need of updating, maintenance and repair. Walls were stained; ceiling texture was peeling; finish was worn off toilet seat; a/c-heating unit did not function properly; floors were marginally clean, with dirt in corners and on baseboard.

Liked: I like that the room had the whirlpool which was really nice.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that the TV on the wall is away from the bed in the middle of the room. We also saw a dead roach the next morning. The hotel definitely needs to be upgraded for the price that you pay especially with no good breakfast.

Disliked: The air conditioning units seem to be outdated and very loud.

Disliked: Had to get housekeeping to come clean the hot tub. It had soap scum on it. Mirrors were not clean. They handled the situation for us in a timely manner though.

Not worth what we paid

Liked: The staff seemed friendly
Disliked: The hotel is apparently being remodeled and we received one okay room and one bad room. The bad room wasn't clean, the furniture was old, out dat d, and stained. There was a horrible smell and roaches. We complained and the staff mov d one room, which was way across to the back of the hotel. We had children so that was not acceptable for us. We requested both rooms be moved and together, which they did accommodate. We were moving all our stuff at 10pm. The rooms after that were mediocre. The breakfast in the morning was very slim pickings. We asked for the waffle batter to be refilled, but ended up just leaving because the guy never came back with it. Even with getting a suppose "deal" I don't believe this stay was worth what we paid.
