Very poor

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: It was very run down. Rooms were falling apart. Door was very hard to open. Free breakfast was waffles or toast. There was cereal but no milk. Nothing else. It was 8 am.

Liked: At least the pool was clean.
Disliked: The place is extremely run down, not cared for or clean. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was dried blood and mildew on the curtain. The floor wasn't swept or mopped in a very long time. The floor was extremely dirty. The chair and beds had stains all over them. The bathroom was filthy with hair and dirt everywhere. There were numerous drug addicts on the property openly using drugs with kids around.

Liked: The property and location was fine but the rooms were extremely dirty my kids feet were black I have videos and pictures of it I booked a non smoking room and they put me in a smoking room the floors had water coming out of them when you walked on it just coming through the seems the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking also have videos of it just felt dirty whole time I was there horrible experience

Liked: The waffle maker did work.
Disliked: May credit card was hacked after I paid the bill. The only place the card was out of my hands and used on thle trip.Difficult to find. First assigned room was never cleaned. I did not even go in. The room I stayed in had no shower curtain,the bathroom floor had not been swept (hair and dirt) worn out mattress and pillows, incomplete workmanship...baseboard section missing, painting was sloppy with occasional outside the space being painted-like wall paint on the door frame. ONLY 1 PLUG. Glad I brought my own power strip so I could charge my hearing aids and phone. The light switch at the door turns on nothing. You had to grope in a dark room to find the lamp on the desks which has a broken chain that I finally found to turn on a light. Photo is what I saw when I went to the first room.
