Disliked: It was supposed to have complementary breakfast and there was none we went down there. There was coffee all over the floor. Everything was empty. It was a mess two days in a row. The staff was rude. It’s not a big deal and we had to go down and ask for clean towels when they wouldn’t clean our room.

Disliked: Could not enter the back door to alleviate loooonnnng walk around in bad parking lot.. One waffle iron for many people and waffles sticking to surface even after spraying.

Worst stay in a hotel...

Disliked: The hotel is older and rooms smelled stale and musty. Several guests were complaining about the smells in their rooms. I had to go to the store and buy disinfecting wipes and spray for the 5 rooms that my family booked. I slept in my clothes on top of the linen due to the uncleanliness. Something in the room triggered my allergies and I woke up with swollen eyes and face the next morning. In the middle of the night the room became uncomfortably warm and the airconditioner had turned off. The elevator door closes quickly a few seconds after opening closeing on several people including my 2 yr old niece. Had an adult not been there something terrible could have happened being that she is so small. My family paid for 2 nights stay and we all checked out a day early even though we could not get a refund. The television in my room would not turn on, went down to the front desk because no one would answer the phone. Was told someone would be up shortly. An hour later my husband went to the front desk to inquire if anyone was coming. After an additional 30 mins my husband checked behind the television and found a loose connection. That still didn't fix the problem the television would stay on 7 mins at a time then go back out. This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had. On the bright side I did get to see my son graduate through swollen eyes and all. This hotel needs new management and a total refurbishment.

Worst room in Columbia

Disliked: TV didn't work. Dresser drawer screwed shut. Floors not vacuumed or Mopped. Hair dryer didn't blow. Bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. Attempted to contact the staff, they don't answer their phone.

Superb

Liked: Location was perfect. The room was clean. The facilities were clean and I was staying there for more than one day. The staff checked me to make sure I had everything I needed for me. The part is having a gym.
