Quality Inn & Suites Coliseum

I almost turned around and canceled. I was checking in at 3pm and apparently right at shift change. The morning employee was really pleasant and she started checking me in, but turned it over to the oncoming desk clerk. Something went wrong and it didn't keep my signature after running my card for my deposit. It shouldn't have been a big deal and I didn't argue with her about "not having signed it" and I finally did say "I'm sorry I thought I did sign the first time" after swiping my card a second time and getting a rude comment about needing to be sure and sign it this time. She called me deceitful. And I was positive I had signed initially (confirmed with the first clerk when I checked out) and didn't mind having to do it again due to system error. I almost canceled my stay.

Liked: It's location is pretty close to Piedmont Hall.
Disliked: The lady checking me in was extremely rude.

Not much to say - we only stayed one night. Average hotel; the decor was blah but the pillows I really liked.

Liked: Nice staff; clean.
Disliked: The rooms looked kinda blah.

Affordable but dirty. Should've only...

Liked: In a bad area of town with beggars nearby. Dirty room not cleaned well. Soiled furniture. And a bedbug was in the bed when I woke up. I was scared. Yes it was handicap accessible.
Disliked: The door to the room was not secure. Scary uncomfortable feeling. I would not stay again.

Liked: location , close to coliseum , walking distance to restaurants
Disliked: breakfast options very limited , very disappointed , ran out of toilet paper , housekeeping limited - must bring dirty bedding and towels down to front desk to get more clean ones , pool wasn’t in working order on holiday weeknd .

Liked: I didn't eat breakfast their,the Place was filthy, definitely wasn't eating the food, location great
Disliked: Bathroom toilet was leaking all on the floor, rooms and outside and parking lot were all bad, air conditioner turned on and off by itself. You won't see me again!
