Disliked: Glad I was in the second floor because something smelled horrible on the first floor. It was so bad I had to take my breakfast back to my room.

Liked: Price point, nice staff , and quiet atmosphere
Disliked: Toilet seat needed to be replaced in the room we were in

Not great but not horrible...

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed wasn't too uncomfortable. Cleanish but not super clean. Not an overly crowded hotel. Only two floors with one elevator. Never had any issues with getting to and from room. Room was spacious for a king. They do have breakfast.
Disliked: Room was in need of some repairs. Bathtub felt like it was leaning. Furniture and bed coverings felt cheap. The halls smelled like bad. The cleaning needs to be better overall. Close to I40 means traffic noise. The sink mirror made an annoying whining sound when on. Fridge was unplugged when we arrived, then it wouldn't reach an outlet.
