Disappointing

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Clean room
Disliked: Overall run down. Staff did their job but not friendly or welcoming. Outside the property was not cared for. "Shabby" Lukewarm shower. While the breakfast had several good options there was no toast.

Livable, but never again

Liked: Bathroom was nice, carpet was terrible and needs replacing. Breakfast was not bad but could have been a little better.
Disliked: Room had a musty order to it. Grounds outside of building needed cleaned up. Looked bad towards back of building. No face tissues were provided. Remodeling supplies were everywhere. Front desk employee need to clean up and should have to wear a uniform.

Liked: Rooms appeared to be freshly painted and renovated. Nice size.
Disliked: There was a trash trailer in the back by the entrance, trash all over the ground. I understand trash during renovations but this was everyday trash that never got picked up. Also construction materials in several places in front of the building and in the lobby.

Liked: Really disappointing experience. I do not recommend this hotel.
Disliked: One of the basic amenities we expected a working hair dryer was not available. As someone with curly hair I need to blow dry my hair properly. Had I known it wasn’t working I would have brought my own. But a functioning hair dryer is a standard utility that any hotel should provide. What made it worse was the response from the front desk. When I told them about the issue, they simply said I should let my hair dry naturally. No offer to replace the dryer, send someone to fix it or provide a solution. Completely unhelpful...
