Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati

Disliked: Very disgusting! I didn't put my suitcase on the floor. I simply did my hair and makeup, went to a concert and checked out and drove home 3 1/2 hours after the concert because it was SO bad! The one door to exit didn't even have a door knob so anyone could walk right in, even if they weren't guests and the hotel staff wasn't pleasant!

Close to the Hamilton County Fairgrounds.

This is by far the nastiest hotel I have ever been to in my entire life. I really dont even know how their doors are still open. The rooms smell like B.O. and mildew, there was a hole in our wall, the toilet's tank was broken, the bathroom was too dirty to even think about getting naked in it to shower and I was so grossed out I slept on my clothes on top of the bed because i didnt even want to get under the covers. The only advantage of this hotel is its location THATS IT.

Liked: I booked this room through booking.com and paid for the room prior to getting to the hotel. Upon arrival to the hotel, I told the front desk person that I had already paid for the room and he commenced to checking me in. All was fine until I woke up the next morning and noticed that the room amount had been charged to my card three other times by the front desk person I immediately went out to the front desk and discussed this situation with Staff, I was out of town with my family, and this left me with low funds to finish off my trip in the city.
Disliked: A full refund of all funds taken out of my account
