Affordable, comfortable stay

Liked: Reasonable price, location seemed safe and was convenient. Staff was helpful, room was acceptable, could be cleaned better.
Disliked: All was good for a night's stay, room and bathroom could use a better cleaning overall.

Liked: Room seemed clean. It felt safe enough and clean enough to sleep for the night but that was about it.
Disliked: Bed was hard and obviously an older mattress. Chargers beside the bed did not work.Shower head did not work and the shower was not much more than a trickle (that is no exaggeration).Refrigerator was not cold so pointless to use..TV remote was broken and partially taped together. A drawer was also broken and needed obvious repair.Pillows were small (smaller than even standard size)....especially for a king bed.

Liked: Location is good. Close to alot of restaurants and stores.
Disliked: Parking lot was crowded. Trailers took up most of the spaces. There should be a designated spot for trucks/trailers...

Slept ok.

Liked: Average. Not a lot of options. Not even ice water.
Disliked: Room was kind of shabby. Desperately needing some renovating.

We will definitely come back...

Disliked: The pool wasn’t very clean, and the breakfast foods seemed old.

Bed bugs !!!

Liked: Nothing!!!
Disliked: Bed bugs! First of all the check in was night mare because the hotel did not wanted to acknowledge my booking confirmation and anything. It took an hour and booking.com customer service contacted them too, if they took the money so take the guest too. Second of all the stuff was not friendly or nice or helpful at all.Third of all we discovered bed bugs in the hotel room middle of the night. The front desk was not surprised at all and not helpful nor understanding. Did not get refund. We drove 11 hours home instead. Because they even said I just wanted a free stay after I paid upfront for the rooms and showed the dead bed bug to the front desk lady. This hotel is a joke hope others read this at get a warning ahead. Because I dont think they will have exterminator any soon there since they did not care at all about the BED BUGS!
