Disliked: Everything, the lobby’s air condition was not working, they gave us the same room as the guest in front of us checking in. The elevator would not stop even with the floor you were getting off on, the entrance door on the side would not close, trash in the outside cans were overflowing. Had to wait on towels to be washed so we could shower!! The furniture in the side entrance was filthy! Floors not clean!

Not a good place to...

Liked: The female receptionist was kind and professional. Everyone else was rude and unprofessional.
Disliked: Everything was terrible; hallways dirty, remolding and didn’t advertise, breakfast awful, couldn’t take breakfast to room. Trash outside the hotel.

Disliked: Only one elevator working, and it needs attention , no air conditioning in lobby

Disliked: The rooms were not up to par the elevators were not working

Liked: Front desk was amazing. Told them about dog allergies they made sure we had a room with not previous dogs.
Disliked: The place could use a little update. One elevator didn't work so walking the long hallway was pleasant.

They have work to do...

Liked: Location was great, right off the interstate. The staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Prices good.
Disliked: They have a lot of work to do. They said they had recently acquired the hotel and knew there was work to do. There is only 2 elevators, 1 was out of order and the other one broke the morning we were leaving so we had to use the stairs with all our luggage. And last, I requested an extra pillow but never got it. The prices were reasonable so you can overlook some things.
