Quality Inn & Suites Chattanooga-East Ridge

Overall it was great!

Liked: I enjoyed the location and how it was tucked away far enough from the highway that it was quiet. The staff were all very sweet and helpful which made my stay very welcoming. The bed was SO comfortable!
Disliked: I would say there was this really pungent odor coming from the hallway on the third floor when I stayed. It smelled like a dumpster almost and it was a little better in my room however I could still smell it a little. I got used to the smell after 3 days but each time I would enter the hallway from the stairs it would hit me !

Good stay, would stay again.

Liked: Clean room, soft bed!
Disliked: Price was a bit high for room type.

Disliked: Everything has to change rooms due to facilities not working on first room elevator do not work Air was out in lobby completely waste of money

Horrible, trashy, and waste of...

Liked: Location was okay.
Disliked: Air conditioning wasn’t working, supposed to be a smoke free facility but smelled like smoke on 2nd floor, pool was green and needed major attention, elevator was just about non operable because when you went to get off the elevator it had a 8 inch step up to get on the main floor, walls were chipped and dirty, people were yelling cuss words. We didn’t even make it to the room yet and I told my family we were not staying here. Photos on website look a million times better than the actually hotel in person. Very disappointed.

Do not recommend

Liked: I like the size of the bed in the room
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty, the room was not clean on a daily, the elevator did not function as intended, the elevator caused a tripping hazard when getting off,

Liked: Big room and clean
Disliked: Had to change rooms 3 times because of water leaks in the ceiling. The breakfast which wasn't much anyway but the had hard boiled eggs except for the day I decided to leave that day they were raw eggs. There eggs I got and busted them to get raw eggs. Who is that dumb and lazy to put out raw eggs I can tell you who the staff at the Quality inn!

Disliked: One of the elevators was broke. It is run down and needs a face lift.
