Liked: There was 24hr staff, but there barley spoke
Disliked: 100$ deposit , but yet the shower didn't work. The elevator didn't work, the one that did work was opposite side of the hotel. Then to rop it off yes the far elevator worked but barley and was still going down when the doors opened making it a very dangerous safety Hazzard. Then the only working ice machine was on the 1st floor all others were out of order. , there was lots of hotel damage, find it funny to take a damage deposit for a hotel that is so poorly maintained. Breakfast was stero typical hotel Breakfast but from start to finish they did not clean as people came and went. They only cleaned up after breakfast was over. The tables were dirty. There was cereal spilled every where. Waffle mix spilled. Orange juice was not on ice or in a cooler.

Liked: It was a very limited breakfast.
Disliked: The room was missing a secondary lock as it was broken off the door. It appeared that the hairdryer was ripped off the wall. The dresser was missing knobs. The headboard was taped together. They charged us a hundred deposit encase there was property damage.I took pictures of all the damage and explained to the desk employee that I hope I wasn’t going to be charged for all this damage.He assured me I won’t. I will have to wait 3-5 business days for that money to be reimbursed.

Liked: My room had no toilet paper holder rude staff very bad about bringing towels. I’ve asked for a toilet paper holder since I came to the hotel and they still won’t give on tv channels are bad no news max or news max 2. Please add those channels.
Disliked: My room had no toilet paper holder rude staff very bad about bringing towels. Staff need to work on being more efficient. They say there renovating the Hotel there not really cause overall it’s a dump.
