Disliked: A friend of ours, staying in one of the rooms found what looked like pills under the bed with other trash. Hotel staff moved them to another room where the AC didn’t work. Rooms were not clean. The people environment at the hotel were not welcoming. What seemed like resident guests were videoing our children at the pool and taking pictures of the women. Hotel looks way worse than the pictures provided. Pictures must have been from 20 years ago when it was first built. Very run down. Elevator didn’t even work. We had to carry luggage and small children up 3 flights of stairs.

Disliked: The smell in the hallways the place was to be nonsmoking but smell pot most of the night as l got ice had to walk to another floor to get ice, had 1brm the TV in the living space was cracked so my wife and kids cramp in bedroom to watch Tv hallways by elevator didn’t look pleasant especially when you use your room key on the side entrance looks ghetto had a ghetto experience wife hated it.

Elevador no funciona

Disliked: The elevator is not working, when I got to my floor the door opened while it was still moving, My family hadn't even finished leaving and they closed their door while I was inside.And the white bedspreads were also very dirty, stained and had hair on them.

Disliked: Horrible smells in hallway. Room damp musky odor. Bathroom mold and torn walls. One elevator broke, other was slow and door was opening prior to it stopping.

Disliked: The pool was dirty and not usable and green. The breakfast was barely anything

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The elevators was not working. Only 1on the far end of the hallway. We had to walk up the stairs to our room with our luggage which was on the 3rd floor. We stayed for 3 days and used the stairs everyday all day when we left and came back in.

Overall it was great!

Liked: I enjoyed the location and how it was tucked away far enough from the highway that it was quiet. The staff were all very sweet and helpful which made my stay very welcoming. The bed was SO comfortable!
Disliked: I would say there was this really pungent odor coming from the hallway on the third floor when I stayed. It smelled like a dumpster almost and it was a little better in my room however I could still smell it a little. I got used to the smell after 3 days but each time I would enter the hallway from the stairs it would hit me !
