Quality Inn & Suites Charlotte Airport

From beginning to end, there's nothing positive to say. We checked in around 5:30 and immediately discovered hair in the bathtub. We called front desk asking for someone to clean it up. When we got back from the concert at 10:20 it was still there. Again we called front desk and no one came up. There were cracks in ceiling above shower/tub. Nothing positive to say.

Disliked: Smelled very musty. Dim lighting. We found hair in the tub on arrival.

Liked: Very clean rooms with no problems checking in or out.
Disliked: N/A.

It was easy to uptown.

Liked: Service was very good and everyone was pleasant.
Disliked: Needs some updating. Ceiling was nasty from a leak at one time.

Liked: For the price it’s was good. Stayed two nights. Breakfast in the morning was decent. The rooms were clean and snacks within the lobby. Shower was good.Pool was closed until next week tho.
