Quality Inn & Suites Charlotte Airport

From beginning to end, there's nothing positive to say. We checked in around 5:30 and immediately discovered hair in the bathtub. We called front desk asking for someone to clean it up. When we got back from the concert at 10:20 it was still there. Again we called front desk and no one came up. There were cracks in ceiling above shower/tub. Nothing positive to say.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Smelled very musty. Dim lighting. We found hair in the tub on arrival.

Liked: Very clean rooms with no problems checking in or out.
Disliked: N/A.

It was easy to uptown.

Liked: Service was very good and everyone was pleasant.
Disliked: Needs some updating. Ceiling was nasty from a leak at one time.

Liked: Great, clean room and a pleasant experience.

Liked: The Breakfast and bed was comfortable
Disliked: The first room we entered, was full with roaches everywhere I mean, literally everywhere like infested. The guy at the front desk did help and put us in another room. His name was Sean. The room was clean, but could have been cleaner. It did smell better than the other room. Tried taking a hot shower after a long drive no hot water called up to the front desk for help the help arrive 2 1/2 hours later. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for more than one night.

Liked: The rooms were super clean with all necessities needed. The free transport to the airport was a great bonus! There were no problems.

Disliked: Bath tub a little slippery. A tv channel guide would be nice.
