Excellent price. Clean. Easy access to freeway, a mall and downtown. I would recommend as a place to stay but eat breakfast elsewhere.

GREAT VALUE. STAFF VERY NICE!

Liked: The sheets were super soft and clean. That was a NICE surprise. The granite bathroom counter and sink was beautiful too. Toilet was nice as well. The fridge was a nice size and so was the TV.
Disliked: The bumping and running above me was a nuisance. Smoke detector kept falling from the secure holding case and would hang until I informed management about it twice on Friday night. It happened again on Saturday, so I didn't even bother to say anything. When I arrived on Friday, the main lobby and hallway had a moldy, old river water like smell, and it was unpleasant. I said something to the desk clerk David about it later that evening, and he said they had 4 days of rain, so the system in the back was the reason for the smell. The carpet and curtains in the room need a serious upgrade. The bathroom door is hard to close. Everything else was fine.

The hotel met our needs...

Liked: The breakfast options were adequate. The beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful with obtaining more towels and blankets.
Disliked: The breakfast area was too crowded. The bathrooms were too small. The pool area could have been cleaner - it smelled funny. The LED lighting felt too dim/cold.

More expensive than the best...

Liked: The hotel was very dingy and the elevator reeked.
