Disliked: The work out equipment is pathetic. You should upgrade it with newer bicycle and elliptical machine. Also, the breakfast was fair. Maybe real or hard boiled eggs and as an option instead of the powdered fake stuff, and real oatmeal instead of packaged oatmeal?

Disliked: The pool hours were not really accommodating. The pool didn't open till 12:00 noon. Stayed open till 9:00 which is nice but if people want to swim in the morning before work or their event plan they cannot. So we was disappointed I was not able to use the pool.

Disliked: Our thermostat in the room didn't work and the phone didn't work...bathroom has weird smell..wasn't dirty but couldn't figure out smell and blow dryer in our first room didn't work

Liked: Easy and simplicity of booking and checking in.
Disliked: Pool times, arrived later than normal and was not able to utilize the pool or anything even before check out as it opens AFTER check out hours. Staff was friendly but complained to us about other families within our group making noise and things right when I was checking in. The bathroom could use a better cleaning and maybe re-grouting. The tv wasn’t centered to the room so it was awkward to watch so we didn’t even bother. Breakfast was slim picking so ended up having to go elsewhere for breakfast and spend more money. Overall just did not fully meet my hopes and expectations.
