Disgusting and ghetto

Disliked: The worst place I have ever seen. Never even got my refund. As soon as you walk in roaches everywhere, no a.c.. rat in the cloudy pool . Receptionist had no bra on with slippers.

Poorly run hotel.

Disliked: No hot water, poor service, and the building appeared to have no upkeep.

No stay, gave away rooms...

Disliked: I and 2 others had reservations and were greeted with a No Vacancy sign on the door. With reservation information in hand we went in and were told they were full, no rooms available to give us. They had taken people on a first come first served basis regardless of whether or not they held rooms for reservations! Of course, we were flabbergasted. We had never heard of such a thing. There was no further explanation other than "first come, first served" and we were, eventually, asked to leave the property. We have been using that hotel regularly for 30 some years and probably will not be back and it is breaking our hearts, but we have hung in there through thick and thin but cannot abide what happened. If there had been a reasonable explanation we might feel better about it, but none was offered, just obstinance. One of our party is in a motorized wheelchair so needs a handicapped room. Where would we find a place that would accommodate? (we did)

Disliked: Everything but the staff! No toilet paper in room, tv didn’t work, the bed mattress delapidated and needs to be replaced. The breakfast was no good. The furniture in lobby all ripped up. Lobby needs vacuuming.

Liked: Nothing3 police cars there when we arrived. Reserved king bed got queen room, did go back to desk and was moved. Air not working in that room. Turned down to 69 and 6 hours later came back and was 78. Moved again to queen room.wagfles and cereal only for breakfast

Liked: Nothing five years ago it was a great place not now.
Disliked: Everything, the snow wasn't plowed in the parking lot. If we didn't have a reservation we would have kept going. The faucet in the restroom in the room was about to fall off the sink, had to move bed to plug in a lamp, coffee maker and clock radio weren't plugged in, chair in room was so dirty it stunk, buttons on front door for handicapped access didn't work, orange juice in Bearcats room was rancid looked as if it had been sitting out for days as it had foam on top of it, had a very poor choice of breakfast items ( and very poor is not what I wanted to say but I was trying to be nice). It was a great place but now is a dump ( and dump is trying to be nice). It was a big waste of my money to stay there never again will that happen. Lots of places that needed cleaned. I used to be a school custodian so I see dirt without looking for it. And the ridiculous need for a credit card for incidentals. When we are now in a high-end motel and they didn't ask for that. Wish I could get my money back for staying there because it was not worth the money and there better not be any other charges on my credit card.
