Liked: The fact that I checked out!
Disliked: The mattresses were absolutely disgusting under the sheets. The shampoo, conditioner etc... looked as if they had been previously used and left there for the next guest. The receptionist could barely speak any English and was rude. When tried to ask about a couple accommodations we were told it was against their policy (which I read, and nothing was stated about what I was asking about) and wouldn't do it because "they couldn't afford it". Absolute horrible experience. Will NOT be staying here when I make my trips back up.

Hotel was cleaner, bed, linens...

Liked: Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean and newer.
Disliked: Blow drier didn’t work. Refrigerator was broken. Items inside the refrigerator only were cool. We told the staff but I have a feeling both items have been broken for awhile.
