Liked: The staff was kind & attentive
Disliked: The smell throughout, but our room smelled ok. Also the lock on our door was broke, all we had was the metal flap. Mold on the wall & dirty sheet.

Probably worse hotel I’ve ever...

Liked: The location was good for where I needed to be.
Disliked: My daughter and I shared a king size bed, when we arrived there were 3 very small square pillows on the bed, she asked the front desk for another pillow and he told us no. He said we could not have another pillow because we have a room with one bed. They did not put out anything for breakfast. The facility had dead and live bugs in the room. The Wi-Fi barely worked.

Liked: The young lady at the front was very sweet and quick
Disliked: Outdated, first hotel room had a big hole above tub I went don’t to the receptionist and she changed me rooms but that room was not so clean so I grabbed some cleaning supplies and cleaned my self

Disappointing

Disliked: We arrived late at night, the front desk staff person was no where to be found. After waiting quite a while, I used my phone to call the hotel and he answers from a dead sleep. Finally, he emerges to help us and is quite short with us as he is clearly not happy with our late arrival that woke him to come and perform his job. We had the same experience the next day... No one around to help us at the front desk. Where is the staff at this place?

Liked: The room was large and fairly comfortable.
Disliked: Wallpaper peeling off the walls in the lift. Bugs and insects all over the floors. Breakfast was awful, not even a knife to spread butter. Hardly ever any coffee in the machine. Lots of stuff always running out and staff very uninterested when asked about it. Location is terrible for anything, yes I could see it, however being a foreign tourist, I wasn't aware of how bad the transport links out of the city are, but that is a lesson learned. The pool looked like it had never been cleaned so stayed away from that. The vending machines were outrageously overpriced and the drink one didn't work at all.
