Disliked: I booked a room through Booking.com, and the hotel would not honor the booking even though they had my reservation pulled in the system which had been paid for in full days prior. They wanted me to pay for the room again which did not make sense to me. The manager on duty told my husband that I was "cackling" too much, and she was going to cancel our reservation because I was upset that they would not do anything to help or accommodate us. She did not cancel our reservation. She put us down as a no show even though we were standing in the lobby talking with her. The room was cancelled by me, yet I still have not received my money back. Do not do business with the staff at this hotel. Awful customer service.

Liked: This hotel did not acomadate our stay. I had my reservation information and they did not. There was no manager on site to resolve my problem by letting us have our rooms .A very inconvenient and frustrating situation
Disliked: Coul not stay there even with proof of reservation.No manager on site to resolve the problem.

Liked: Staff was always friendly and accommodating. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, decent breakfast.
