Would not stay again.
Liked: Only thing is, it’s right next to 75, a 7/11 and also croom
Disliked: Beds were filthy. Even had what looks like blood on them. The pillows smelled like someone has used them. All the towels and wash cloths were discolored. The TV had issues and discolor the whole time.

Disliked: The door didn’t lock, there were bugs. The checkin was thru a drive through window that hinted to an unsafe area.

NEVER STAY BECAUSE THEY DON’T...

Disliked: I had reservations for 7 nights. The 1st night was great. I came back the 2nd night and my room had no power. They moved me into another room after maintenance couldn’t solve the problem after 11/2 hours. Then the real nightmare came about. My keys would not work for the next 4 days and nights due to a “bad card reader”. They finally placed me in another room and after two attempts got me keys that would open that door. Management NEVER contacted me like I requested. The room was already paid for my seven nights and I wanted some kind of refund. I asked for 50% refund of my stay since only 3 of the 7 nights were trouble free. The manager NEVER CONTACTED ME, though I made numerous requests for a phone call. Finally on the 7day of my last stay, after demanding a call from management, the clerk contacted them. They were told 50% wasn’t going to happen. They offered 25% refund which I said was unacceptable. I left for the day and was called by the clerk that the manager was only giving me 25% Only and THAT I SHOULD LEAVE NOW AND WOULD BE CREDITED FOR THAT DAY IF I WAS SO UNHAPPY!!!! I told them no thanks, I already paid in full and I was an hour away and would not be returning till that evening. I also told them when everything was the way it was supposed to be I was happy. I checked through the day to see if I was credited the 25% of my stay and nothing. When I returned the clerk said 25% of ONE NIGHT, THE DAY I HAD NO POWER was noted but not given yet. In the morning at checkout I was told only that night because the other 3 nights that I had to be let into my room everytime I left and came back was an inconvenience but I still slept and used the room. You decide if I was asking too much. Oh and by the way I found out from another patron that the first room I had been having electrical problems for a week because the hotel flooded in the hurricane. So why put me in that room in the first place???????
