I will NEVER go back...

Liked: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Disliked: I'm a traveling nurse that works overnight (7P-7A) and I was in town for work and I decided to stay at the Quality Inn in Bremen, GA. Prior to check in I had already paid full price for 4 nights. My experience and stay at this location was absolutely horrible! Initially when I checked into my room #118, the room smelled like sewage and cigarettes, there were stains all over the furniture and the comforter set so therefore I asked for a new room and was moved to room #131. The following morning after working overnight, around 11am while I was sleeping, I heard housekeeping knocking at my door so yelled out that I didn't need anything. Shortly afterwards I hear banging at my door from management. The manager was extremely rude by yelling at me, telling me I'm suppose to be checking out at 11am because someone else was checking into my current room. I tried explaining to the manager that I paid in full for 4 nights for 5/21-5/25. The manager was very argumentative and also telling me that I'm not assigned to be in room #131 because there wasn't a room change in their system. So at this point we're pretty much yelling back and forth at each other and then the manager proceeds to make threats to put me out of the hotel which was okay because I didn't to stay there any longer anyways. I requested a refund for the remaining 3 nights that I paid for but the manager would only refund me for 2 nights because it was after the 11am checkout time and therefore I was charged for another night. I asked the manger for her first and last name and the name she gave me was Ema or Uma (I could barely understand her broken English). Not once did the manager apologize for the misunderstanding on her part and for being completely rude. While walking to my car, two of the housekeepers approached me apologizing and also stating how rude the manager is to work for. And shortly after leaving the hotel, I was also charged $67.10 for cancellation.

Disliked: Rooms were filthy apon check in (beer caps in corner of room, crumbs and food bits all over carpet, loose change on floor), stains and marks all over furniture, bedding was dirty, rooms reak of cigerette and weed, heaters dont work properly, lot of lower income/drug users at hotel(potiential security risk)
