Liked: Rented the suite the spa tub buttons were broke still waiting for my 100.00 deposit to there was black spot on ceiling slamming doors all night and people running up and down hall

Liked: The room style.
Disliked: Popcans left in room, housekeeping stole necklace won't answer phone or return calls

Liked: The breakfast was great! Alot of options. Loved the shower! Bed was comfortable. Cozy room
Disliked: Need a light over the bathroom mirror or another mirror in the room somewhere, for applying makeup. Windows were not adequate for keeping out the noise, but thank God for my fan!

Good stay..... BUT

Liked: Location was close to family and the value was good. Room was clean and nice.
Disliked: At night the 3rd floor reeked of cigarette and weed smoke. I also had 2 charges to my room for the snacks that you can buy in the hotel and the 1st time I was brushed off by the older gentleman behind the desk saying nothing was charged and the 2nd time a younger gentleman saw the 2 charges and refunded me immediately. If you're going to offer food and drink to be charged to a room you should ask to see an ID to make sure they belong to that room! I would have been out $35 because the first guy refused to do any looking for me.

Good Value for the money.

Liked: Breakfast was ok but the coffee situation was really bad. Would like a normal coffee pot with hot coffee. Facility was old but bed was comfort and shower had good pressure with hot water. The staff was great. Fix the coffee and my score goes up.
