Quality Inn & Suites Bloomington I-55 and I-74

Was a nice place to stay.

Liked: Convenient and quiet.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Would be nice to be able to check out at noon instead of 11 AM.

Liked: Comfortable bed and friendly wait staff; nice pool area.
Disliked: Room was very dirty. Not vacuumed; bathroom floor dirty; fingerprints on all shiny surfaces; burn holes on bed comforter.

Liked: Lots of police around because of the crime in the area.
Disliked: Very bad part of town; bad breakfast; fire alarm went off early AM.

I'll never go there again no matter how close it is to the US Cellular Place.

Liked: Cleanish.
Disliked: First they booked all the smoking rooms after we requested one. Then they gave us a different room on the first floor so OK, they said it'd be ready in 30 minutes. It took over an hour for them to clean the room. Also, the pool hours were not really accessible for one night stays. Also the fire alarm was falsely pressed and woke me up at 7am when I went to bed at 3.

Liked: It was a basic room. Clean & comfortable. The pool was perfect temperature!
Disliked: The property is older, but well kept. Bathrooms are very small. Some upgrades might help improve ratings - fresh paint in rooms, the door frames had rust, the refrigerator didn't keep real cold even though we did turn it up, luggage carts could use a painting. The lack of stairs (there are 2 ladders) into the pool make it difficult to get in and out for larger guests.

No towels in the pool...

Disliked: Breakfast had very little selectionly, waffles and one breakfast sandwich type. Only instant coffee for breakfast yuck. Lucky for my family we went down the street to McDonald's.

It was decent, but not...

Liked: I liked it was close to where we needed to be go for concerts
Disliked: The parking was terrible, we were there for four days with four girls and got given dirty looks when we had to keep asking for new towels daily. The food in the vending machine was expired and overpriced. The floors were dirty, the beds had stains on blankets. The lock was held on by one screw and wouldn’t actually keep someone out if they tried. NOT WORTH what I paid at all.

Liked: I will never stay there.
Disliked: First of all the person at the front desk they don't do anything to help, then they made me call booking and fix myself the problem instead they do it, since there was a problem between them and you. Then I had to pay 2 times or move to another hotel, and I had 13 hours driving already so I had to do it.The room is old, the A/c makes a lot of noice and don't let sleep, same the fridge.I stayed 2 nights and they never cleaned the room after the first night.It supposed to have breakfast included and there was only cereal.
