Lovely location for any Alabama...

Liked: Staff was so nice and professional, they really went the extra mile just to ensure we were very well looked after, always smiling and ready to help; also breakfast prooved to be as delicious as expected despite that there were not a wide variety in sortiments, if you enjoy waffles for breakfast, they have the nicest waffle-maker ever! I would definitely choose the same location if visiting Birmingham AL again.

Disliked: They guy that check us in was nice. We had a complaint about the room toilet knob being broken. WHEN no one came, so when we checked out the next day. The clerk for that morning, start yelling at my husband, say we are responsible BECAUSE we stay in the room and we should have change room. The guy never offered us another room, and she refused our deposit. I traveled and booked rooms and houses for years on this app. THIS WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I SHOULD'VE READ REVIEW ON GOOGLE. THEY COMPLAINED ABOUT BROKEN ITEMS AND THE DEPOSIT NOT BEEN GIVE BACK AS WELL AND HOW THE CLERK GAVE THEM BAD SERVICES.
