Horrific and now I'm sleeping...

Liked: This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever been in. Bugs in the bed and bath. Only chair had a huge hole through it. So utterly disappointed and dissatisfied.
Disliked: Bugs in the shower broken water pipes. Took pictures for refund and they refused to o help in Any way. I paid for A King suite and got 2 full beds. Unbelievable. So disheartening

Liked: The staff were very polite. Near our destination.
Disliked: The hotel is a little dated. The tub had some rust spots but very clean.

Not impressed upon arrival seeing...

Liked: Breakfast was as expected area was clean.

Liked: Easy access from highway.
Disliked: The overall property needs work to be done, the hallway was full of smoke stench, old structure, carpets not clean.

Disliked: Totally filthy outside dog poop and garbage everywhere. Toilet leaking in our room, we moved to another room that hadn't been cleaned. Toilet was disgusting.

Liked: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ONLINE!!
Disliked: IT WAS THE WORST PLACE EVER WE COULDN'T EVEN SLEEP THERE..... MY POOR DAUGHTER!!!! WE HAD TO SUFFER THEY PROMISED A REFUND. THE MANAGER WAS SUPPOSED TO COME TO OUR ROOM AT 11 PM THE KID SAYID LEFT AND ANOTHER KID DALTON TOOK OVER AND HAD NO CLUE WHAT WAS GOING ON THERE WAS URINE ALL OVER THE TOILET IN THE BATHROOM DEAD MOUSE IN THE LOBBY AND IN THE ROOM. ALSO, HUMAN BODILY FLUIDS ON THE HEADBOARD, PUBIC HAIRS ON SHEETS, AND DEAD BUGS ON SHEETS TOOK PICTURES AND CALLED IN STAFF TO SEE IT. THE FLOORS WERE DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY. TV DIDNT WORK. BROKEN LIGHT IN THE BATHROOM HANGING FROM CEILING EXPOSED WIRES. PRETTY SURE THATS CODES VIOLATION.

Liked: Please don't recommend this hotel to booking.com guests. It's disgusting.The only reason we chose it was because it was pet friendly and we were traveling with our dog.
Disliked: Hallways are filthy and smelly. Bathroom had very poor lighting. Bathroom fixtures moldy and cracked. Rooms cards never worked, even after multiple changes. Breakfast area filthy and no choices.

Liked: Room size and location were good
Disliked: I'm not getting anything I paid for nor an explanation why. I reserved a Queen bed smoking room for 2 nights a week in advance of my trip. What I received was a nonsmoking room with 2 full-size beds and no explanation, just weird stare from staff.
