A 1 is all I’m...

Disliked: Cleanliness was horrible. Front desk gave out information when I asked him not to. Shower head was about to fall off.

Takes every chance to take...

Disliked: They charge me 250$ for a unregistered pet fee even though they could see the dog in my truck and the guy at the front desk even said that there is a dog so there will be a 100$ hold

Should have stayed home

Liked: Fluffy big pillows and cable TV and breakfast was good
Disliked: When we got to our room, the door was unlatched so that just anyone could have been in there. The floor wasn't clean and there was no toilet paper! Room needed updated, it had a smell of mold

Liked: Location and pricing
Disliked: The front desk lady spoke like this was a 5 star hotel. Our rooms air conditioner didn't work and the phone and lights between the beds didn't either. We had to be moved rooms. We asked during check-in if there were more rooms available and was told no. There all of a sudden was another toom when we had to be moved. There are no hotel carts for guests to use when this property has 3 buildings.
