Liked: Location and the exterior appearance were fantastic. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: The room we booked was a standard with a king bed. The first room we were put in had some considerable stains on the sheets and had some dirt and hair under the sheets on the mattress so we asked for a different room. The staff was nice and accommodating. The second room had two full sized beds(we rented a single king but this was what they had available) and had stains on both sets of sheets. So we tried a third room. The third room had what appeared to be cat litter on the floor as soon as you walked in the door with a trail of ANTS leading into the room! If I hadn’t paid in advance we would have packed our luggage back in my truck and found another hotel. We just asked for clean sheets and stayed in the second room with the 2 full beds. They brought us two sets of “clean” sheets one of which was stained. We used the set that wasn’t stained and stayed for the weekend but fortunately didn’t have to spend much time except to sleep there. Will not be booking here again. I’ll spend the extra money and stay at a location in town that I know will be clean. Very dissatisfied.

The room was ok, but...

Liked: Breakfast was not what we expected. Sausage and waffles are not my idea of a hot meal. I cannt eat waffles or pancakes.
Disliked: My husband and I are well over 60. To try to use the cart, first getting it from the car up the inclines to get into the building, then up the raps to get to the elevator! It was too much for my husband, who has a heart condition. It is not handicap friendly at all

Liked: The breakfast had a good variety. I liked having sausage and eggs available. Our bed was very comfortable. The location was great.
Disliked: Our first room was not cleaned before we were booked in. They quickly got us a clean room when we told them. The bathroom tiles were coming off the wall so it was a little shabby looking. The coffee was very weak.

Bad

Disliked: Like a hauted house. Dreadful. I stayed at JW Marriott 1 day ago, and was charged the same price as this place. If JW is worth 4 stars, this place is worth 0. Thank God I will never stay in this place, and I highly recommend no one will ever experience this haunted house.
