Liked: The room was filthy. The first room they put us in had not even been cleaned and dirty linens were on the floor. The second room was so dirty and smelled.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the facility.

Liked: I did not eat the breakfast. It was too hot in the dining room.
Disliked: The room smelled like mold and the moisture in the room was high. There were water stains on the ceiling, the bathroom vent was full of orange dust and the covers for the bed had mold and stains on them. This was the second room we were given because the first room smelled worse.

Liked: The room was on the ground floor, the ice machine was close to our room, the door to go out was close to our room, and a short walk to our car
Disliked: To start with the remote for the TV, the battery was dead, the coffee pot had parts missing, and it was supposed to have bath soap supplies. There was nothing but towels and wash cloths, plus we had problems with attendants getting directions to where our room was. we had to ask a gentleman guest outside where and how to get to our room.

Disliked: The pool was very disappointing!!! The condition of the water was very cloudy and there were no handrails around the pool. The metal edging had open areas of sharp metal. The total condition of the pool was completely UNSAFE!!!!!
