The room was ok, but...

Liked: Breakfast was not what we expected. Sausage and waffles are not my idea of a hot meal. I cannt eat waffles or pancakes.
Disliked: My husband and I are well over 60. To try to use the cart, first getting it from the car up the inclines to get into the building, then up the raps to get to the elevator! It was too much for my husband, who has a heart condition. It is not handicap friendly at all

Overall for the value I...

Liked: The breakfast had a good variety. I liked having sausage and eggs available. Our bed was very comfortable. The location was great.
Disliked: Our first room was not cleaned before we were booked in. They quickly got us a clean room when we told them. The bathroom tiles were coming off the wall so it was a little shabby looking. The coffee was very weak.

Disliked: Like a hauted house. Dreadful. I stayed at JW Marriott 1 day ago, and was charged the same price as this place. If JW is worth 4 stars, this place is worth 0. Thank God I will never stay in this place, and I highly recommend no one will ever experience this haunted house.

Would never stay here again.

Liked: The only positive about this facility was the location.
Disliked: Reserved 4 rooms. 3 rooms experienced issues with no working tv or no ac or leaking pipes.The entire facility, interior and exterior are in disrepair and not clean.

Disliked: The Room they put us in, the restroom sink was clogged up and dirty.

Disliked: Towels were worn and discolored. Pillowcases were discolored. Bathtub/ shower needs updated.
