Liked: We love to stay here at our monthly visit to Beaumont. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We always have a quiet room and it's always spotlessly clean!

Don’t wanna stay there again

Disliked: The back doors did not lock felt like the parking was far from the room. There was water spots all over the ceiling. It smelt like mildew. The breakfast was very small. There was no meat served no yogurt. They were rushing and pushy to get you out of the way wouldn’t let you sit in the breakfast area after 9 AM.

First time, last time

Liked: I had a parking space
Disliked: The room smelled old, the staircase had food crumbs on the rug. I booked two queen beds non-smoking and was told at check in they only had a king room left which was not what I reserved. The lobby was closed down so I could not ask for more blankets later that night. The bed sunk in the middle when you go to lay down and had me tossing and turning all night. The breakfast food was underwhelming with a waffle maker, eggs, yogurt, and fruit. I feel like if I’m going to pay over $80 for one night I should have had a better experience.
