Disliked: I was traveling with my 8 year old son and booked this hotel based on the location, the price and the fact that it had a pool. The pool was closed upon arrival and we chose to stay elsewhere. Front desk staff told me I would not be charged for our stay, but we were charged for both nights and I had to appeal to Booking to get even one night refunded. Overall, very disappointing.

Liked: Staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: Tv wasn't clear. Had to wiggle cords to get microwave and coffee maker to work. No variety in food. Had to ask staff to refill food. Ran out of food. The cart was hard to steer. Husband set his cane down in the room to help move the cart and forgot it. Called and talked to management but haven't heard anything back. Pool not open long enough.
