Liked: Property was fairly clean in appearance. However, the room, while clean was not good. Beds were hard as a rock and uncomfortable. Coffee pot was missing pieces. The microwave didn't work. Toilet was hard to flush. The bar in shower was broken. Continental breakfast was small but good. The price was good, but I will not be staying here again.

Disliked: When we arrived at the hotel, we were told we had booked a smoking room, even though we hadn't. Thankfully, the staff was able to accommodate us with a non-smoking room—but unfortunately, that’s where the issues really began.The first room we were given was absolutely disgusting. The toilet had urine and body hair (not the kind from your head), the sink and bathtub looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months, and there were dead bugs on the desk. We immediately requested a different room. The next one was barely manageable for the night.We spoke with Ray at the front desk, and he was the only saving grace of this experience. He genuinely tried to help and even upgraded us to a suite after we looked at multiple rooms. It took viewing four different rooms before we finally found one that was decent enough to stay in.The only positives about this hotel were Ray’s exceptional service and the breakfast. If you’re expecting clean, well-maintained rooms, this is not the place. Housekeeping seriously needs retraining—or a complete overhaul. If this were my hotel, I would be beyond embarrassed.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
